Additionally, practicing self-awareness and challenging any negative thoughts or beliefs you may have about social interactions can help you become more open to connecting with others. **

Providing the dog with toys, puzzles, and interactive feeders can help keep them entertained while you are enjoying your alone time. Setting aside specific times for walks, playtime, and training sessions can ensure that your dog's needs are met while still allowing you to have your solitude. Additionally, creating a designated space for your dog where they can feel safe and comfortable can help them feel secure even when you are not actively engaging with them. **

However, it is important to strike a balance between solitude and social interaction to maintain healthy relationships and connections with others. Embracing solitude can be empowering, but it is also important to recognize the value of human connection and community. **
